This leads to long lasting relationships of employees to their concern business houses.

There is a motivational outcomes of this type of business decisions. People understand that they are valuable asset of the organizations and they have some general duties and responsibilities to be performed. Business operations can be run smoothly when employees will understand and show their zeal to their day to day business assignments.

Many times, we have seen companies doing great job as well as negative decisons and policies for employees and their welfare programs at the time of any crisis like recession in 2008, Japanese Tsunami , Dubai housing loan crisis etc.
