Personally speaking I feel like it can be justified at the same time the immediate answer is also a no ,I will start with the yes because the U S was already How ever economically strong and even with it's power of military etc but at the same time expanding helped it to become even more financially and economically strong and also I feel it's justified because it was able to spread it's democracy across and i can say it was not good because it stripped down the economy of other countries when people basically sucking out all the resources from other countries and also it portrayed potential danger to other countries with it's military force hence I also cannot say it was justified.
