The MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ) assessment, developed by Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine includes the 16 personality types having the abbreviation used in the publications called the ESFJ (Extraversion, Sensing, Feeling, Judgment) which are the guardian temperament.
