Organizational Ambidexterity refers to the ability of an organization to perform at its best and managing the organization by the present business trend. It should also adopt the changes which can be observed in the future business demands. Ambidexterity organizations must require coordination, mobilization, exploitation and exploration. It can be considered from the two angles. One is structural and other was contextual ambidexterity. One part mainly focuses on the exploration and the exploitation. Another part focuses positions between the exploration and exploitation.
