Personal marketing plan was mainly created by the marketing
managers that which consist of the personal mission and vision
statements by concluding the manager’s present position along with
the goals and objectives. This plan mainly helps to motivate the
manager and leads to the success. This plan also consists of a
detailed analysis of the budget, advertisement plans, how to
attract the audience and other aspect which are required for the
success. While writing the detailed personal marketing plan it was
important to include some of our strengths and weakness.
Strengths-
- Communication skills- It was one of the important aspect while
the marketing was being carried out for any product because
customer show interest to buy the product only by the way of
communication.
- Personal traits- Many of the managers have some unique
qualities like hard working, flexible to do any work, punctual and
maintaining the friendly nature with all the employees and the
marketing staff.
- Technical skills- Whether the person was with more
communication skills without technical skills managers will not be
come across the success.
- Always maintaing the original products without mixing any
chemicals.
Weakness-
- Financial resources- In many of the organization there will be
well talented employees but due to the lack of financial resources
their business leads to the failure.
- Management skills- For many of the managers, management skills
would be weaker due to some of their reasons.
- Impatience- This will be occured if the marketing team doesnot
perform the task well or performing their work in slower mode.
Sometimes their mistakes will not be accepted easily.
