Threats of Nutella is like increasing level of competition in market and new entrance.

Nutella is positioning attributes in our family like as breakfast spread and marketed as alternative peanut butter , jam or cheese spread. The spread is also marketed as an add on for cookie , cakes and pastries mandate a creamy and nuting feeling.
