DISC profile is a system which explains the personality of a person besed on four factors dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness. There are many advantages and weaknesses in each factor . For example let us consider steadiness. People who are steady are slow and are perfect in everystep they take. They make decisions calmly and are also very good at maintaining their posture and stress levels. But they are very opposing to change and will not accpet change easily. They take a lot of time in taking decisions which might turn out to be a problem for others. Their steadiness might sometimes look like stubbornness to others.
