Correction of poverty by assuring a secure job to at least two members of the family. The balanced diet should include moderate amount of carbohydrates, protein and fat,more fruits and vegetables. Exercise like walking or jogging at least 30-45 minutes per day for at least 5 days in a week. Modest consumption of alcohol and cessation of smoking. Adequate sleep for at least 6-8 hours a day. Mange stress with yoga and meditation.
