Yes the case of Ms. M is of menopause.TIn this condition the hormonal alteration occurs speciallly there is variation in circulating estrogen level and due to this the FSH and LH level decreases.

This hormonal imbalance caused the disturbances as headache, mood swing, restlessness,lack of interest in intercourse and vaginal irritation. The woman may also experience hot flashes. Anxiety and deppression signs are also observed.

It is advisable to reduce salt intake as it will minimize the chances of bloating as well as water retention in the brain.

Also avoid diet sodas & sweets having aspartame.

Mr. M should take vitamin B6 as supplement or can take beans, nuts, legumes in her diet.

Along with it she make start some excercise and other workouts to reduce weight.

And for mental fitness she may otpt yoga or meditation to handle such situations.
