Answer: In the case of tumor, it is classified in to two types. The malignant tumor usually invade the surrounding tissues and cell. It has ability to spread to all over the body. Whereas in the case of benign tumor, it retain to a particular area and doesn't spread to the other tissues. They can be removed with the help of surgery. So, it is important to know about which kind of tumor is present and the treatment would be performed accordingly.

In this case, the patient has tumor near the pituitary gland. Hence due to this, it inhibit the antidiuretic hormone releaserelease or transportation. Hence this causes imbalance in the urine formation.
