pituitary adenoma exerts pressure on the surrounding structures of brain .pressure over the optic chiasm where the optic nerve cross which leads to double vision and headache.

pituitary adenoma caused a decreased production of  Luteinizing hormone (LH) and Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) — These hormones control the production of sex hormones (estrogen and testosterone) and dealing with mensuration in women.Here the tumor lead to reduction in oestrogen and Progesterone level and thus PM experience amenorrhea.

PM has low TSH level .pituitary gland is responsible for the production of Thyroid stimulating hormone and the tumor in Pituitary made decreased production of TSH.
