A 28-year-old woman has been pregnant for more than 28 weeks. Recently, she
has coughed with low fever and felt fatigue and breathless for 2 months. A
week ago,she was admitted to hospital due to aggravated dyspnea. The patient
showed acute symptoms ,irritability and obvious cyanosis. She was
administrated with oxygen inhalation immediately attherate of 5L/min. The
blood gas analysis was performed instantly and showed :PH:7.50 ,PO2:48mmHg,
PCO2:28mmHg, temperature(T):37.5℃, heart rate(HR):118times/min,
respiratoryrate(RR):35times/min ,blood pressure(BP):90/60mmHg.
Routine blood test showed:WBC:15*109/L,RBC:4.0*1012/L. Chest X-ray showed that both lungs were covered with uneven punctate shadows and many
infiltrating shadows
