Answer : As a nurse leader one should be aware about the problems of all nurses and difficulties they are facing at their workplace. Then only she could do for the welfare of all other nurses. It is essential that she should have a good rapport with all other teammates so that she can keep her view among others.Also she should respect the feelings of the others. As a leader she should be aware about all the policies of the hospital, all new rules and regulations. She should help all other nurses in improving their skills

Good communication, Listening to others, showing empathy, helping others in need are the qualities that a health care leader should have. These will decide the leadership journey.
