Answer: In the healthcare organizations or settings, communication plays major role in elevating the quality of care provided to the patients and clients. The healthcare professionals such as nurses indulge themselves in various methods to reduce the health disparities. The nurse adopt the leadership qualities to provide quality of care to the patient. The leadership qualities includes such as effective communication skills, decision making skills, building the trust with the patient, providing safe and sound environment etc. This enables the patient to discuss their health issues and the problem. This will directly elevate the quality of care provided to the patient. This increases the positive communication as effective communication enhances the care and treatment provided to the patient.
