The TQM model is an organizational approach which involves  teamwork, organizational management, systems thinking, defined processes, and a positive change to create an environment for improvement. This approach created the view that the whole of organization should be committed to quality of csre to achieve the best results.

2.)

The framework of a just culture make sure accountability for both the organization and individuals responsible for designing and getting improved the systems in the workplace. They are safe and reliable as engineering principles and human factors analysis influence the design of these systems.

Methods

Approaches for improving the safety of patient are (1) analysis of error, (2) specific tools to enhance safety, and (3) outcome engineering.
