Poor employee satisfaction can impact the patient care and patient satisfaction in different levels

Employee is the person who gives care only when the person is happy they work and put their utmost skills and effort into what ever they are doing and inturn give good patient care and satisfy the patients.

One of the major strategies that has to be adopted is to Appreciate Employes , this gives them a feeling of doing better.

Steps to improve Employee Satisfaction is

  1. Promote Strengths-based Coaching.
    Every Employee has their own strengths and weaknesses , It is very important to encourage them and also to educate them more on thier strengths .
  2. Align Employee and Organizational Goals.
    When goals are set it keeps employees interested.
  3. Recognize Achievements.
    Make sure to Appreciate Employees at their work and things they do, this keeps them interested and they long to do things with much more interest.
