Information systems are used to gather and store information regarding the employees performance. This information helps to draw conclusions & reports that are useful to take necessary steps or precautionary measures for future growth of organization.This information is usually inferred as EIS (Executive Information System). The information contains the work carried out by a employee, the actions/measures taken along with the duration of time and important  work carried out by individual. This information helps to judge the skills and expertise of individual in domain they are working. The information helps the organization to provide increment and promotions. If this information is misaligned then definitely it can hamper the job performance and promotion as it plays a vital role in deciding the importance of individual in achieving the task.The misaligned data also reports a negative feedback which is dangerous for once future growth. The outdated information may have some some features missing which may not enhance the work carried out which again can impact the job performance.
