My current leadership style is transformational leadership. Mine this leadership style helps in motivating my staff, which trigger them positively to attain the set goals. This style helps me to make disicion making during the conflict resolution between my staff at the work place if any. I will further work on the discipline, enhancing the situational awareness attributes, being a discerning listener and by continuous learning I will develop my leadership skills in more effective manner.
