Answer #1

Based on the 20-question Self-Assessment used to determined to be Directive style.

Based on the findings I believe I am a decision-maker for the guideline. For eg, in a recent meeting I attended I seem to be a little impulsive at stuff. My boss started thinking about profitability and how he should control it etc. Instead of making him finish I skipped straight into answering, "So pretty much you're going to ask us to write down any account we contact to better keep track of this." I also believe this is the best approach for me as I like to use the list of pros and cons and make choices. It's another way to organize stuff through a list of pros and cons, I'm a major planner. I don't want to hesitate for something at the last minute as my case is a specific one. My boyfriend and I are heading to a wedding this coming September and I'm already preparing what I'm wearing and arranging for our stay in the hotel when we're down there.

My close friend Andrea has a style for analytical decision-making. She is a consultant at a public agency in the city. One indication of her personality will be an incident between 2 of her staff who were physically arguing. She evaluated the problem and could not fight with clients, and she listened to both of them and then called them together to sort things out. Instead of shooting them she did some research into what the issues were and fixed them. Another definition of that will be a new project I was working on at my job and really wanted some feedback. I had a blueprint for this latest phase in motion but it wasn't functioning silently. Andrea said that he would give her all my information and leave her with it for a while, so I did. She called me one day later, saying that she thinks she's solved by problem to help make my new process faster and smoother. She told me but I didn't believe that we had a good dispute, to be frank. For this dispute we agreed to see which method my experiments will better carry out. But I tried both at work with results at both before I introduced this new approach to my boss, but Andrea was correct her method was faster and cleaner. And I explained the latest procedure to my manager and he liked it and agreed we 'd give him a chance.
