Many people consider healthcare to be a privilege,while others consider it a right.The health care should be a right.The right to health for all people means that everyone should have access to the health services they need,when and where they need them,without suffering financial hardshp.No one should get sick and die just because they are poor,or because they cannot access the healthcare services they need.This has been an argument for over 100 years.Even in 1943 when president Franklin D Roosevelt has proposed a second bill of right of Americans,for he suggested this was due to political rights that are guaranteed by the commision and the bill of rights had proved to be inadequate to assureus the equal oppportunity to acheive and enjoy good health.
