what do diversity ,oppression,and privilege mean to you?

Diversity is nothing but the differences in a given community in terms of creed, religion, economic status, gender etc. For example United States has diversity in religion where every religion can peacefully coexist. Diversity indeed should exist in order to reduce the monotonic way if life and proceed further.

Oppression is nothing but the usage of an authority in order to impose cruel or unjust treatment to individuals especially relating to particular group in the society on the whole. This is usually a social evil and the government takes all the measures in order to prevent oppression

Previlige is the special benefit enjoyed by a particular group due to their status in the society where they get access and benefits that usually common person or the person out of the previliged group might not actually get.
