Is healthcare a right or privilege? Why ?

In my opinion thehealthcare is the right not the privilege.

There is a minimum level of health care whichshould be available for a person.It includes the physician,nurses as well as availability of the primary medical facilities along with the medicaments.In United state healthcare is at the crucial level in the priorities of the society.

For the taxpayers it is provided on the best levels.

To maximize the benifite of the healthcare there are various insurance systems provided by government at well as private levels.

Hence its the right of citizens rather than the privilege.
