The Lewin's model includes:

Step 2: Change: The change is the stage after the unfreeze stage. In this after the identification of the person behavior and about to accept the change. The another step to encourage to accept the change by providing variety of change options that can be easily accepted by the people of the organization.

Step 3: Refreeze: It is usually to identify the activities, goals and sustainability.
