Ans:-Interpersonal communication is the exchange of information with one another and interaction between two or more people.It can be verbal or non verbal communication.

In order to effective interpersonal communication, the person between the two or more people should have very well manner dicipline. Firstly in verbal communication, the interpersonal area should be well organised between two,identifying problem, exploring the solution deciding and implement the solution.

Interpersonal area is which makes between two or group of people can be more effective with - active listening-it is very important in interpersonal relation which is understanding the message being communicated.

Positive attitude-people wants around be very friendly and positive towards them. And BODY LANGUAGE, it is also very important role to setup in good interpersonal area.
