Two (out of 4 types) of meaningful feedback are:
1. Constructive feedback – This type of feedback is usually given in those situations which have scope for improvement and hence expertise is offered to the person so that the situation can be improved. Constructive feedback takes into consideration the best interest of an organization and its employees (or a project and its team).
2. Appreciative feedback – This type of feedback involves communication that is important and highlights the plus points of employees and team members in terms of their efforts that they have put in, their talent, their effort and their skills. This type of feedback keeps employees motivated and positive.
