Gaining weight.

It is imperative that for those who wish to gain wiegth there should be a balanced diet in their body. Not only are they supposed to indulge in good earing habits, but they add supposed to indulge in nutritious food as that can help gain weight. Fast food and food that is unhealthy cannot be used to gain wight as it can get stored as cholestrol.

Bananas can be good to eat befroea nd after a work out and probably a hydrating drink.

It is better to stray away from artifical supplements as it creates a dependenxy which is not appeeciated

Hydrate at regular intervals as muscles need water to help stay flexible and prevent cramping.
