The workplace is an area where an employee works to earn their bread and butter ,to determine and achieve their passion and desire , for self upliftment ,etc., Childrens are generally not permitted to work but they have some legal leniency to be in the workplace with their parents or relatives under certain norms and times. Some of the law applies to the children in the workplace in the following ways

• Allowed to be in workplace in case of any family gathering, parties ,hey together, events ,etc., organized and permitted by the organization
• Theu can be allowed as official guest in the company after getting the permission
• The employees are fully responsible for the children and ensure the child's safety and the workplace
• They are strictly prohibited at the worksite which is dangerous and hazardous
• Federal Tort Claims Act is applicable to a child if any injury or harm happens to them accidentally behind utmost caution and care
• They are not applicable for getting any perks or benefits under Federal employee compensation act.
