A. Do you think obesity is the cause of cardiovascular diseases (CVD)?

Answer : ofcourse. Obesity is one of the important cause of cardiovascular diseases. Persons who are obese were at a high risk for developing CVD. As you know CVD occurs when cholesterol plaque buildup in the arteries of the heart. And this plague may interfere with the blood flow to the heart muscles and causes damage to heart.

In obese persons the most of the part of their weight is made up of fat or cholesterol in body, this much cholesterol / fat in body will lead to atherosclerosis (a buildup of fatty material and plaque inside the coronary arteries). There for obese persons are at a high risk for CVD.

B. Why people don’t lose weight to decrease risk factors for cardiovascular diseases (CVD)?

Answer :

Even though every one knows the negatives and risks of being obese people are not trying much to reduce weight. Mainly it is due to lack of exercise facilities or the Laziness of people. Laziness is the main thing which pulls people back from exercises and weight losses. Even though a person wishes to loss weight but he can't do it only because of his Laziness to do hard work.

And also people are not ready to do a diet, event though they starts dieting but it is hard for them to complete that diet.

These are the reason Why people don’t lose weight to decrease risk factors for cardiovascular diseases.

Ofcourse stress has an important roll in blood pressure. It can increase our blood pressure. Our body produces a surge of hormones when we are in a stressful situation. These hormones temporarily increase our blood pressure by causing our heart to beat faster and our blood vessels to narrow. So that it is scientifically proven that stress has a direct effect in blood pressure.

B. Why should people exercise to decrease blood pressure?

Answer :

Regular exercise makes all parts of our body and mind stronger. Through exercise we can control blood pressure also. It is scientifically proven that Regular physical activity makes our heart stronger. A stronger heart can pump more blood with less effort. If heart can work less to pump, the force on arteries decreases, lowering blood pressure. This is why physician encourage people to do regular exercise. This is why should people exercise to decrease blood pressure.
