1.Renin

2.Erythropoietin

3.Calcitriol

1.renin influence on nephron function:

* It is system that regulates the blood pressure

* It maintains fluid and electrolyte balance

* Systemic vascular resistence.

2.Erythropoietin influence on nephron function:

* It produces by kidney when oxygen levels are low in blood

* Stimulates production of red blood cells

* Maintain oxygen levels in our tissues.

3.Calcitriol influence on nephron function:

* It is used to treat kidney disease with low blood calcium levels.

* Increases calcium reabsorption

* Down regulate renin

* Improve Blood pressure.
