Answer #1

Investing is an important and beneficial part of life. If a person has excess funds he should invest it sensibly. This will enable him to increase his earnings. The person must first make his goals clear. Ife he has a short term perspective and he thinks that he may need funds any time, the investment has to be made in such a way that the person is able to maintain liquid funds. If he needs long term income, he can make long term investments. The investments may be made accordingly and there should be a thoughtful trade-off between the liquidity and the returns from the investment.
