I would like to request you that I will not be available in the office for the above mentioned days because I have to inspect some land which our company is thinking of buying. I have to investigate some claims for the land and look at some office space for the branch in that city which is 500 miles away from our office. I also had to attend a conference sponsored by your professional society and pay calls on the customer.
I would like to request you to kindly give me the permission for the leaves.
