Answer #1

If a coworker has filed a complaint about my frequent breaks and time spent on phone then I would apologize for my mistake if I did this things to the supervisor. Because it's a supervisor duty to check and handle all the complaints, so he is doing his duty. I won't argue with the supervisor but if I am not culprit then I would tell the truth to the supervisor politely.

Because some times, some co-workers wants to steal the credit, or to make my bad impression infront of the supervisor.

When next time if I would work together with the co-worker,I would be alert not to do any kind of mistake so that he/ she might get chance to complain about me. Next time I won't trust her for any of the discussion.
