What is Organizational Behavior and what does it deal with? Why is this topic sometimes taught as a Psychology class? What are the main differences between good leaders and bad bosses?

Organisational behaviour (OB) - It is concerned with studying individual as well as team behaviour of the employess in the organisation. We know every organisation has team culture and in order to acheive the organisational objectives, a team has to perform well as well as individual team member.

It deals with studying the human behaviour and its impact on the organisation's culture. Because human or the employees' behaviour and action impacts the working of the organisation.

OB is sometimes taught as psychology as it is concerned with studying human mind and its functonality with respect to a given situation. In firm we study employees behaviour towards the work.

There are no clear cut distinction between good and bad leaders but good leaders should posses the following characteristics:

- They should be experienced in their expertise area

- They should be motivating

- They should care their employees

- They should first perform the work they expects from their employees

- They should be trustworthy towards their organisation and employees
