1. The major influences on attitude-behaviour correspondence are social factors, personality traits,relevance of attitude and timing of measurement. Individuals may show different patterns of behaviour that are inconsistent with their attitudes and this is because of aspects like social constraints. Attitude of person is generally influenced by the social rules and expectations by others.

2. Managers must serve as an important pillar for any oganisation. They must come up with activities that encourage the employees to create a change in the way they think or act. They must persuade the emloyees to change their attitudes which is affected by the surrounding factors.

3.Values can be referred to as ceratin set of beliefs or code of conduct that should be followed by an individual or any organisation. Instrumental values are those values that incorporate a pattern of behaviour that must be portrayed in order to achieve or attain a certain end result or goal whereas terminal values are those values that represent the goals to be attained. These values are stable and does not change over time

4.Locus of cotrol is an important aspect in ethical decision making .When an individual is faced with an ehtical dilemma, people with the interal locus of control are the ones wo tend to respond in an ethical manner than the indivuiduals with an external locus of control.

5.Machiavellianism is a personality trait which is related to ethical behaviour. It can be understood as the character of a person that is portrayed inorder to achieve what he wants in is own way.
