A.Critical organisational theory is the reflection of the power and control and it will be approaching organisational process and management technique as power system where various types managers and owners and other controlling groups are trying to turn other groups into implementing their own interest and this theory is critical to extend that its human emancipation from slavery. This will be reflected in the interest of the top tier of the organization who try to protect their own interest on the cost of other.

B.Interperative organizational theory is a type of organizational theory which will be advocating that structural features of an organization as subjectively and inter subjectivity construed and they will be trying to define reality through what is experienced by having emotion and feeling to what had happened and this will help the organization to engage more effectively with a diverse Culture within an external; to organization and they will be defining Organizational structure contribute to work which is meaningful to them by reconstructing structure through observation and participation.
