The Contingency Leadership theory according to which the human traits are based on the situation in which the leaders exercise their leadership. Thus leaders, when they feel that their followers will be responsive, are more likely to express their leadership. The identified leadership theory influenced the behavior of people and operations of the high school in which I work for. When the principal of my school felt confident that her anti-bullying drive will be effective she gave instructions to the teachers and students of the school and this led to a decrease in the incidence of bullying in our school campus.
