The study of organisation behaviour assumes that an industrial enterprise is an organisation of people. It ensures that the goals of the employer and the employee may not coincide necessarily; and the employees are improving in their productivity and meeting the enterprise goals. An efficient organization of people in an enterprise helps in motivating to to work effectively. A proper organization of employees helps to boost employee satisfaction, foster better leadership, increase motivation, understand making of decisions, and facilitate better collaboration for cross-team.
