It tells us about the employee's behavior working in your organization and about there job performance, training, and development, attitude towards work, etc. Organizational behavior of the employees also shows the effectiveness of the workplace in the organization as if the behavior of the employees is good then there will be a peaceful working environment in the organization and if the environment is peaceful then organizational goals will be achieved effectively. The employee is also having a responsibility to fulfill for their organization and they need to work with full dedication towards it in order to achieve them. There are some components of organizational behavior that help the company to become unique if the delicate authorities to their employees then it will have a great impact on the company and the employees will feel motivated by taking responsibility and they will try their best to fulfill it. Delegation of authority plays a crucial role in the development of the company e as delegating the authority to employees will motivate them to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently.
