This is enterprise Archituture question;

The text brings up a point that "organizational effectiveness cannot be achieved through local optimization, but is realized by well-orchestrated interaction of the organizational components."

A counterpoint would be that if each of my local components is optimized independently, then the whole organization must be optimal.

• According to my opinion organizational effectiveness cannot be achieved through local optimization but it can be done by well orchestrated interaction of organizational components.
• Organization and local components might be interrelated to each other but in the end both are a different entity and local components are the part of organization and not the vice versa.
• Sometimes even the most successful companies need to go through organizational change in order to continue their success. But it’s rarely an easy process and 70% of transformation programs fail. There are many reasons why a company may decide to undergo major organizational changes. If there no effectiveness in organization then no matter how optimized local components are thing will not work as per the plan.
