Conflict in organizations are internal discords . In an organization may people work together in the same work place . So it is obvious that there will be difference of ideas , values , requirements , interests etc . This is the prime cause of conflict . Due to the presence of numerous departments , people and groups conflicts cannot be avoided in organizations . so they are inevitable .

An effective way to overcome conflict within organizations is proper management and councelling . Proper management of situations where conflicts might arise , maintaining accord between co-workers , quick settlement of conflicts by authorities etc are required . A proper processes or mechanism should be devised before hand to tackle conflicts . Also councelling of workers , listening to each opinions and unbiased judgement of situations can reduce conflicts .
