Global employees and unions find it difficult to get used to the new work atmosphere as many culutures,regions and languages come together. It is difficult for employees coming from other unions to adjust to th eunions in new place and hence develop a revolting attitude. Language problem is the main issue for many employees to coordinate with the unions or management. Cultural disputes are common in global atmosphere and the employees from other cultures are not accepted in the unions. Inorder to avoid these problems, the management must implement strict rules regarding culture and ethics. Unions must conprise of people from all the regions so that no new comer will fell it difficult to adjust . Management must ensure that new employees are comfortable at the work place.
