then it is important to tailor a news appropriately so that
employee does not assume any information and do not get perplexed.
Instead of announcing "we are shifting to new building", the
announcement can be more precise by mentioning "we are moving into
new building that gives opportunity to recruit more candidate and
share work and accept more project which would result in more
revenues".
