There are many companies or say industries which may have a problem with its retail locations like- Companies selling luxury goods like gold and diamond jewellaries or luxury cars etc.

These companies must be very precise with the locations of their retail outlets, they must open retail outlets only at that places where rich people live i.e. in big cities and the main streets of the city because if they open retail outlets outside the main city area or in small towns then their sell may not be good as it will be hard for people to find about it or they will approach the nearest one.
