ANSWER: (since you asked for 2 to 3 sentences , i am writing 3 lines only else there can be a longer explanation for this example).

A good example in a shoe industry would be of the employee working on one particular step which brings in a lot of benefit to the company but is not so good for the employee as he cannot work in a company which require more skills from an employee as it would be hard for him to find the same kind of work especially in small company.
