Provide one example of a factor where a portion of a wage gap may not be the result of discrimination. Explain why this factor is not a discriminatory practice.

Suppose two person work for 8 hours a day at same post and does same quantity of work . But one get slightly more salary than another due to region of posting . Wage gap sometimes occur due to region of posting . When a person is posted in a city where the cost of living is high gets more wage than a person who does the same work in a city where cost of living is low . So this is not a discriminatory practice . It is just a compensation for higher cost of living .
