Change process is when management and nations change the sequence of steps in order to meet the goal and target in the long run.

Individuals can ensure that they are learning and studying for tasks which will be in demand in the future with technology on the rise and remote workspace in full swing, this will ensure higher earning opportunities and being able to meet the demand scenarios.

Organisations can change their models by focusing on movable stores and services. Opting for online websites and increasing their remote customer handling workforce, less expenditure on fixed costs and permanent store space. Being more technologically savy and innovative.

Nations should provide appopriate fiscal stimulus in order to help industries and markets survive, ensure social safety nets and affordable access to credit so that businesses can grow in the long run and enhance employment prospects.
