System Theory: This theory is defined as the interdisciplinary theory of any complex system/system and relates it with nature, society and science for optimum solutions. This theory defines the framework for the system by which one can investigate the system objects/elements which can work together to resolve the issues in the system and can achieve the desired solution for the system.

Learning disabilities of organization: This is defined as the inability of the organization to execute learning objectives for the employees.

Arguments by systems theory on how organizations can overcome their learning disabilities:

  • Based on system theory, one can organize the investigation for the causes of the disability of learning in the organization.
  • Based on system theory, once the causes are identified, then the organization can plan to develop the suitable actions to avoid the causes from the organization which are disabling the learning in the organization.
  • Once the actions are implemented, the organization will be free from the disabilities of the learning in the organization.
  • The actions can be monitor for longer time to ensure the results are sustained in the organization.
  • System issues/ problem can be assessed, reviews, and identify causes and suitable actions can be carried out as per system theory.
  • Problems never lasts for long time, it is our efforts which can arrest them quickly.
  • The management should have the supportive environment for learning, then the learning abilities can be demonstrated in the organization.

    • Employees have low education level
    • Trainers are not effective
    • Training programs are not effective
    • Employee’s time availability for learning programs is low due to high production/engagement in the organization.
