Learning pathways take students outside the traditional classroom setup and teaching-learning processes,it is a personalized method of teaching learning that caters the individual needs of students while achieving the educational goals. Learning pathways is a reform strategy that emphazises proficiency than process of teachin. The students can learn online, under the guidance of a mentor or tutelage who is a professional tradesman,scientist or expert in their field.This learning is not necessarily bounded to school or classroom setup but can take place in a community,workplace or by observing natural concepts under natural set-up.Learning is more practical based on first hand experience than the theoretical knowledge of theories of the traditional classroom education.
