Controls on immigration should always be there as it ensures the security of the country and also it controls the level of unemployent in the country. It also allows the talent pool already in the United States to be preserved and allows them to get jobs. Illegal immigration can also cause serious security issues and cause unrest in society and because of this immigration laws should be there. Proper controld should implemented. This is best done through the use of proper documentation and also strict border controls. This cannot be compromized on. The existing illegal immigrants cant be tossed out but they must be carefully screened and ensure that they have appropriate documentation.
