Do you feel there should always be at least a 24 hour rescind on any contract that exists? Why or why not?

Rescind basically means to revoke or cancel the contract . Generally the contract is revokable if both the party to the contract agree to do so . Revokation is possible as per the terms of the contract if present in the contract or it may be mutually decided by the parties.

In my opinion a 24 hour cancellation of contract should not be an option as it may be used by the benifitting party at the cost of the other party to the contract. As the contract is entered with the will of both the parties it should be ended with conscent of the both the party to the contract. Revokation is always an option if both the party agree to do so there fore a 24 hour rescinding policy does not make sense.
